Question 1

Where do you ship?

Accepted Answer

To addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, DC. Every order ships from Seoul with tracking.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Most orders arrive in 7–14 days. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Question 3

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Shipping starts at $9 and depends on parcel weight; your exact fee is shown before you pay. It's free on orders over $60. Orders of 3 or more items get 10% off.

Question 4

Will I pay duties or fees at delivery?

Accepted Answer

No. Import duties are included in the total you see at checkout. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, don't pay it. Reply to your shipping email and we'll sort it out.

Question 5

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, until it ships. Use My page, or email us with your order number if you checked out as a guest.

Question 6

My order arrived damaged or wrong.

Accepted Answer

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you won't need to send anything back.

Question 7

Can I return something I don't want?

Accepted Answer

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because we ship from Korea, return shipping is paid by you, and we refund the product price once the parcel reaches us. For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened products.

Question 8

What if a product doesn't suit my skin?

Accepted Answer

Stop using it and tell us on your check-in or by email. We'll suggest a gentler swap. If you're unsure about a product, try a mini or trial kit first, and add one new product at a time.

Question 9

Are your products authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everything we sell is made in Korea, bought from the brands or their authorized distributors, and shipped from our partner in Seoul.

Question 10

Why don't you sell sunscreen?

Accepted Answer

In the US, sunscreen is regulated as an over-the-counter drug, and most Korean sunscreen filters aren't approved here. So we don't sell it. Every morning routine we suggest ends with your own broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher.

Question 11

Can I see every ingredient?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every product page lists the full ingredient list, what each ingredient is used for, and any cautions, such as fragrance or ingredients many doctors advise avoiding during pregnancy.

Question 12

Can I try a product before buying the full size?

Accepted Answer

Some products come as minis or trial kits. Find them in the shop under "Minis & trial kits".

Question 13

Do I need 10 steps?

Accepted Answer

No. A starter routine is 3–4 steps: cleanse, hydrate, moisturize, and SPF in the morning. Add more only if your skin asks for it.

Question 14

In what order do I apply products?

Accepted Answer

Thinnest to thickest: cleanser, toner, essence or serum, then moisturizer. Sunscreen goes last in the morning.

Question 15

How should I start a new routine?

Accepted Answer

Add one new product at a time, a few days apart, and patch test first if your skin is sensitive. Your order email includes a week-by-week plan.

Question 16

Is this medical advice?

Accepted Answer

No. We help you choose cosmetics. For persistent, painful or spreading symptoms, see a board-certified dermatologist.
